Silver Double Fanam, 1.73g, Extra “S” type, Obv: Dotted buckle with script double Fanams, Rev: “Irandu Panam” in Tamil and “Rendu Rukalu” in Telugu. Extremely rare nice grade.
With letter S retrogated and struck and then after the coin is struck that letter S is deliberately wiped with extra silver on it. Normally all the coins issues till date is engraved as double Fanam only not as double Fanams.
